Role : Key Account Manager
Key Responsibilities :Business Development : This is a team management role in a high-performance environment and you would need to build up a trusting and consultative relationships with the Customers and provide them cost-effective solutions through our client's product.

Mix of new and old accounts : You would get a mixed bag of old as well as fresh leads to work upon. New leads will be marketing verified leads.
- Retention of existing clients : You will need to create strategies around retention of the existing accounts who are regularly transacting along with your team.
- Strategy : As the Senior Manager Sales, you will strategically drive organization's end-to end vision for our customers, as well as maintain an in-depth understanding of competitive conditions, industry practices, market opportunities, and customer requirements.
- Team Management : You will motivate, inspire, and continually develop your team and channel partners while taking on new competitors as organization continues to gain market share.
Experience profile :- You will need a strong background in executive-level communication with experience building customer & partner relationships and territory planning and segmentation.
- You will need to possess both the sales skills and industry knowledge to make sales pitch and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process.
- This role involves positioning and promoting the partner value proposition, leading sales specialists in the development and expansion of opportunities, and reinforcing existing relationships.
Qualifications :
Educational Background: Any graduate degree/ post graduate degree
Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience and proven track record in account management and business development.
Team Management: Minimum 2 years of experience in managing large teams.
Skill-set : Excellent client relationship management and rapport building skills, Strong communications and interpersonal skills, Process-orientation and business acumen.
