Business Manager (Sales)
- We're looking for highly motivated and engaged Key Account Managers as a part of our inside Sales team, to drive business growth and revenues
- Managing a team of 100+ (Inside Sales People)
- Business Development: This is a team management role in a high-performance an environment that emphasizes spreading the Company's unique way of doing business with the customers. You would need to build up a trusting and consultative relationships with the Customers and provide them with cost-effective solutions through Company's product.
Qualifications :
1. Educational Background: Any graduate degree/postgraduate degree (Engineering Graduates or Diploma in Logistics or any related discipline would be an advantage)
2. Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience and proven track record in account management and business development.
3. Team Management: Minimum 2 years of experience in managing large teams.
4. Knowledge and certifications: Prior understanding of logistics, freight, or supply chain industries and their capabilities would be an advantage.
5. Skill-set: Excellent client relationship management and rapport-building skills, Strong communications and interpersonal skills, Process-orientation and business acumen.
