We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage key customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and training to sales team members
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop promotional campaigns and drive product innovation
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures and maintain accurate sales records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
