Role : Business Manager - Revenue
Location : Mumbai
Reporting to: Head - Revenue
This role is eligible for ESOP and is an IC role
Main Responsibilities:
1. Interface effectively with online, D2C, e-commerce, pricing, marketing, and digital marketing teams to align business objectives and execute strategic initiatives.
2. Own the entire end-to-end customer journey and ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and customer experience across all channels.
3. Collaborate with marketing and digital marketing teams to develop compelling campaigns, promotions, and content tailored to the service business portfolio.
4. Leverage customer feedback, market research, and data analytics to gain insights into customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and drive initiatives to address the same.
5. Foster collaboration and communication among departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and campaigns.
6. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth within the service business segment.
7. Conduct regular performance reviews and data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures, as necessary.
Desirable:
1. Proven experience of 2-4 years in business management with a bachelor's degree
2. Strong understanding of online, D2C, and e-commerce business models.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and engage multiple stakeholders.
5. Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
6. Proficiency in data analysis with a problem-solving mindset
