Key Responsibilities:

Annual Business Targets:

- Provide inputs to the Regional Business Manager (RBM) to consolidate potential sales and develop annual business targets for the region.

- Develop and approve annual business targets for franchise partners, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Manpower Optimization:

- Develop strategies for optimizing manpower in the retail function.

- Seek approval for these strategies and ensure effective implementation.

Financial Performance Monitoring:

- Monitor financial performance of both company-owned and franchised stores.

- Compare performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.

Reporting and Review Mechanisms:

- Develop and implement mechanisms to track operational performance.

- Regularly review performance data to ensure course corrections and corrective actions are taken as needed.

Market Analysis and Expansion:

- Study market potential and benchmark competition in different cities.

- Create and present expansion plans to the RBM for approval, aiming to capitalize on market opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

- Advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.

- Experience: Proven experience in business management or a similar role, with a track record of achieving business targets and managing retail operations.

Skills:

- Strong analytical skills to monitor and interpret financial performance.

- Experience in developing and implementing business strategies.

- Ability to create effective reporting and review mechanisms.

- Knowledge of market analysis and expansion planning.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with RBM and other stakeholders.

Additional Qualities:

- Leadership: Ability to lead and manage teams effectively, driving performance and ensuring target achievement.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop strategic plans based on market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
