Job Summary:
- Acting like a consultant to the clients and ensuring high level of client satisfaction through personalized solutions and issue resolutions
- Revenue maximization and achievement of business targets from clients by improving client Renewals and Upsells
- Taking ownership of teams of more than 20 executives and 3-4 Team Leads to drive client servicing
- Drive high quality service demonstrations to clients by team on video meetings
- Capturing key insights on client experience improvements through data analysis and RCAs to provide feedbacks on process and product improvements
- Implementation of new initiatives in team through direct training and audits
Knowledge:
- The candidate should have experience in client servicing and product selling
- The candidate should preferably have knowledge of selling customer solutions over calls/ video meetings

- Good communication skills. Strong command over Tamil language
