Business Manager - Real Estate - NBFC

Position - Business Manager / NBFC / Mumbai.

Qualification - MBA from Tier college / CA / CFA.

Job Role

- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the Housing / urban infrastructure sector project management, financial modeling, Fund raising,financial feasibility, revenue strategy,innovative alternate methods of financing business planning, policy and regulatory analysis, tariff determination.

- Ability to independently interact with MD/ Senior management of client, Senior Government officials on day to day basis.

- Broad understanding of commercial and financial aspects in Urban Projects.

- Financial structuring of large infra projects.

- Understanding of proposal report.

- Guide junior team members on structuring of reports, documents to be shared with different agencies.

- Excellent report structuring and story boarding skills.

- Ability to identify new business opportunities to increase penetration within the same client/same sector.
