Business Manager - Real Estate

Job Description:-

- Identifying new residential / commercial projects in various locations across Hyderabad and signing marketing mandates.

- Creating lead generation touch points by tying up with various channel partners.

- Conducting and participating in various promotional activities like property fairs, E-mailer campaigns, news paper advertisements, new project launches, road shows in corporate, banks and investment bankers.

- Taking the customers for site visit, appraising them with suitable projects and thereby ensuring transactions.

- Responsible for month on month revenue and collection of the same before the provisioning period to maintain the debtor ratio.
