The Business Manager will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and Global Client engagement and Operations for WeAce globally across India, Middle East, Africa and UK. This will report to the COO.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful value creation and in-depth understanding of business ops. Experience in consulting is desirable not essential. The incumbent will work closely with the COO, board and other senior leader stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to drive growth, optimize operations, and enhance the overall customer experience & engagement of WeAce platform

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy:

- Help Develop and execute the overall strategy for the company, in alignment with the company's mission and goals.

- Work closely with the COO and other executive team members to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and operational optimization.

Client engagement:

- Manage and oversee all key client aspects of the company, including sales, marketing, customer service.

- Lead the development and implementation of products, and best practices to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the company

Customer Experience:

- Drive the overall customer experience strategy, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.

- Provide regular updates to the COO on operational performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Team Management:

- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of operational leaders, ensuring their continued growth and development.

Profile:

- Past leadership experience in enterprise sales at a business head level.

- Proven experience in leading a mid-scale transformation initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Experience in managing large teams across multiple locations.

- Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in the industry, with a focus on Skilling is desirable

- Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial performance metrics.

- Experience in developing and implementing strategic partnerships and alliances
