Job Requirements :
- This position is within the existing team, supporting a leading IT and Cloud Solution provider. This role will help manage the Offshore team, take ownership of the entire execution process, and provide business research and analytical support to our client's Marketing and Operations Team.
- Apart from Team and Program/Project Management, the job requires the person to work in a dynamic environment and solve data-intensive business problems by leveraging specialized tools and techniques for data analysis.
Responsibilities include :
- Excellent Project Management skills, including Stakeholder and Team management
- Will be involved immensely in working closely with client's senior leadership
- Facilitating application of various approaches, methodologies and frameworks by engaging with Offshore (India based) and Onshore (Singapore based) team
- Gathering and understanding the business requirement from the Marketing and Operations stakeholders and subsequently driving brainstorming sessions for problem structuring, hypothesis building & validation, Insights generation, etc.
- Dealing with ambiguities and operating in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple, complex priorities including, but not limited to, managing Performance Scorecard, developing Target Setting, Segmentation, Partner Management, Marketing Budget and Fund Allocation, publishing monthly/weekly results as well as responding to requests for data or insight.
- Improve existing delivery processes and lead automation where applicable along with providing thought leadership and methodological frameworks to the team and stakeholders.
- Contribute to and completely own the development/coordination of presentations, communications, planning materials, and other strategy-related documents (board and leadership materials, briefing presentations)
- Working closely with both client's and leadership across cross-functional teams to understand how Visualization and Automation capabilities can be leveraged in existing projects
- Participating in initiatives related to Mind+Machine projects, innovation, training, and development
- Sound understanding about SLA, tracking mechanism, incident reporting and escalation management
Position Requirements :
- 5-7 years of experience in the field of Research, Program Management, Data Analytics and Team Management, with direct client service exposure
- Strong Analytics domain knowledge with experience of business intelligence and process management with superior problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skills
- Highly adept in understanding business issues and translating them into research priorities
- Ability to interact with all levels; Superior verbal, written and visual communication skills including the ability to document and present model development process and analytical results suitable for audiences of all technical levels
- Experience in SLA, incident reporting and conforming the Output Standards guidance
- Develop/maintain collaborative relationships with all relevant stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically and conceptually and maintain a focus on the operational excellence
- Knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Excel, SharePoint and OneNote
