- Heavy experience with business case modeling and financial benefits tracking

- Passion, energy and enthusiasm to drive results with a team-oriented approach; must be self- motivated, proactive, and flexible

- Experience leading transformational projects

- Strong experience with Store Operations

- Experience driving adoption of new business processes in a retail store

- Exceptional problem-solving, business judgment, and analytical skills

- Capable of building strong relationships across a diverse organization

- Ability to work both in a management capacity, and in a detailed, hands-on capacity

- Relentlessly resourceful and able to drive projects autonomously, with limited oversight

- Ability to clearly explain complex issues to a range of audiences

- Skilled with requirements gathering and story creation in Jira/Confluence

- Skilled at creating business cases with cross-functional partners

- Feedback gathering and road-mapping experience

- Experience with performance analysis and tracking
