Business Manager - Operations - Hospitality

We are urgently looking for a Business Manager - Operations - Top Hospitality MNC - Gurgaon.

Job Description:

- Responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. They play a crucial role in driving the company's growth, implementing Process, and achieving organizational objectives.

Operations Management:

- Oversee day-to day business operations to ensure smooth functioning across different regions. Implement efficient processes and systems to improve productivity and operational effectiveness.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact the business, and develop risk mitigation plans to protect the organization's interests (Fire Safety / Audits / Food Safety Audit)

Team Leadership:

- Supervise, mentor, and motivate teams within the Operations.

Strategic Planning:

- Coordinate with HO and execute business plans, strategies, and initiatives to achieve short-term and long-term organizational goals. This involves analyzing market share, identifying opportunities, and formulating strategies to stay ahead of the competition with help of RM's
