- Commercial leadership role to create a sustainable growth model by leading the entire country business ( KSA) for all the product verticals under Organization
- Developing short, medium and long term business strategies for the country in-line with Middle East regional & IBD International market/ growth strategy
- Channel management for all the responsible brands and product portfolio by optimizing distribution/ Sub-distribution network, driving country specific and regional partnerships, Initiate/develop/implement best practices in the area of trade /end-user management and key account management
- Liaise with the Middle East and IBD category heads to establish and maintain market specific product portfolios, position products for the market so as to drive regional commercial programs
- Dovetail with the operations & production team to engage in the areas of sales & operations, demand planning, logistics and product returns
