Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the life insurance business through agency channels.
- Achieve and exceed business targets in terms of sales volume, product mix, and agent recruitment.
- Identify new markets and opportunities for business expansion within the region.
Agency Management:
- Build, manage, and nurture relationships with life insurance agents.
- Provide continuous support to agents, including product training, performance coaching, and sales tactics.
- Collaborate with agents to help them achieve their individual sales goals and develop their business portfolios.
Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of agents to meet organizational sales objectives.
- Conduct regular meetings and reviews with agents to monitor performance and provide feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment among the agency network.
Sales Operations:
- Plan and oversee the implementation of sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Ensure effective and timely communication between agents and the company, addressing any challenges that arise.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to improve performance and identify areas for development.
Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist agents in addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Promote and cross-sell various life insurance products to maximize business growth.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry, specifically within an Agency Model.
- Proven track record of success in business management and achieving sales targets in the insurance domain.
Industry Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of life insurance products, policies, and regulations.
- Experience in building and managing an agency network, with a focus on recruitment, training, and performance management.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor performance and develop actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a goal-oriented approach.
Education:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Additional certification in insurance or financial services is a plus
