Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of advisors, providing them with guidance, support, and training to enhance their performance.
- Implement a collaborative and motivated team environment to drive success and achieve targets.
- Drive the development and implementation of a strong variable agency model in the assigned geography.
- Ensure the agency model is scalable and capable of delivering top-line revenue growth.
- Deliver top-line revenue through the effective management of the variable agency model.
- Achieve and exceed renewal targets for the channel, ensuring a high level of customer retention and satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the life insurance market.
- Develop and implement strategies to leverage market opportunities and overcome challenges.
Professional Experience/Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry, with at least 2 years in a team player role within the Agency Model.
- Strong knowledge of the Life Insurance market and products.
- Proven experience in building and scaling a sales team.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
Preferred Background: Prior experience in the Life Insurance Agency Model is highly preferred.
