Business Manager - Insurance Broking Firm

The selected candidate should: -

- Be a member of Insurance Institute of India (I.I.I.)

- Have a minimum of 10 years of work experience in the Insurance Industry with 5 years in a senior position in the broking firm with previous experience in Marketing or Underwriting Department of an Insurance Company

- Have strong technical knowledge with the ability to structure customized insurance solutions

- Be experienced in handling large or complex claims

- Have hands-on experience in computer applications and insurance software

- Have interactions or exposure to Re-insurance market

- Have Insurance broking experience

He should have a thorough knowledge of all classes/types of insurance (i.e. Engineering, Property, Fire, Employee Benefits, Medical, Liability, Marine, etc.) and somebody who can interact confidently with the insurance companies and our clients. Apart from maintaining the existing business, he should be able to handle claims and work along with the insurance surveyors
