We are looking for Business Manager - Institutional Business role for flagship digital commerce venture of an Indian multinational conglomerate, having a unique omni-channel marketplace model. It is a multi-category e-commerce platform, operating across categories such as Fashion, Footwear and Accessories, Electronics and Luxury.
1. KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
Assist in building the institutional business. The objective will revolve around two key parameters:
a) Build Institutional business strategy and roadmap
b) Execute and meet business plan requirements
2. MAJOR DELIVERABLES:
- Roadmap: Develop the roadmap and detailed action plan for Institutional business
- Business Development:
- Creating a healthy pipeline of customers and products relevant to institutional sales.
- Generating demand in B2B markets,
- Build a network in B2B space for products ranging from apparels, electronics to Luxury
- Opportunity to connect across to develop B2B business etc
3. RIGHT PERSON:
Essential Attributes
- Understanding of Institutional business and Institutional buying
- Ability to work in a methodical and organized way
- Excellent communication skills
- Data based decision making
- Result oriented
Desirable Attributes
- Ability to work in a fast paced and ambiguous environment.
- Ability to work with multiple internal teams
Profile
- A management post graduate with an experience of 5 -7 years in institutional sales preferably in the consumer electronics or consumer electronics industry.
- The candidate should have demonstrated his/her ability to achieve business goals consistently. The role will involve extensive customer facing interactions as well as internal stakeholder co-ordination. Should be willing to travel on a need basis.
