Business Manager - Home Improvement Sector - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Position : Business Manager, Solution SBU

Location : Gurgaon

Job Description :

The incumbent is expected to do following :

1. Set up business model to serve the market basis market need

2. Create the financial model for business approval & funding

3. Create an organization for staffing (direct & in-direct)

4. Lead the team ( of above organization) for desired business growth

5. Plan & lead the GTM

6. Set up the system & processes for operation & review

7. Work with IT team to set up digital tool & technique

8. Work closely with various external stakeholders for stabilizing & scaling of this business

9. Run this business as an SBU with an Independent P&L

10. Marketing initiative, plan & execution

11. Implement similar business model in South Asian Market (SAM)

12. Facilitate setting up the model in Sub-Saharan Africa & Middle east post India & SAM proof of concept

Profile :

1. Should have handled marketing of services & or product .

2. Should have handled P&L.

3. Should have lead team of considerable size .

4. Should have experience in trade & customer handling .

5. Prefer exposure to Home Improvement Sectors, having set-up new business model .

6. B.Tech with MBA from premier B-School.

7. Experience 8 year +
