Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious health insurance sales targets within the assigned North Indian territory (Delhi NCR, Chandigarh & Jalandhar).
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents, empowering them to excel in selling health insurance products and exceeding individual targets.
- Foster and cultivate strong relationships with agency partners, acting as a trusted advisor and building mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, identify trends and opportunities, and provide insightful reports to senior management.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Leverage your knowledge of health insurance products and regulations to effectively guide and support your team in achieving sales success.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/PG degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of proven experience in sales within the health insurance industry, with a demonstrably successful track record of managing sales teams and achieving sales targets through agency channels.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and CRM software applications.
- In-depth knowledge of health insurance products, benefits, and regulations in the Indian market.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Punjabi language (mandatory).
- Maximum age of 40 years
