Business Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Healthcare/Life Sciences

- Partnering with various VP's under CFO and helping them in their Cost Controlling and Planning Journey.

- You will also drive the Capacity Cost Controlling and planning processes for the organization throughout the year in line with Annual wheel:

- Be a pro-active driver of various Annual budgeting processes Pertaining to Capacity Cost by ensuring timely and accurate follow ups with relevant stakeholders

- Drive the annual inflation modelling process to estimate corporate level financial targets in alignment with ExLT

- Engage in various activities pertaining to Merger with Christian Hansen Organization that was recently announced

- Participation in projects and initiatives undertaken by the team to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the process.

- Delivering accurate forecasts, powerful business analysis and insight, timely and valuable reporting on performance

- Proactively contributing to strategy development and ad hoc finance- and business projects in the region and/or globally

Potentially relevant experience :

- Master's degree in Commerce/ Finance / Business Administration, OR any equivalent degree (CA/ICWA) and have a minimum of 5 to 6 years of multi-national experience within Business Finance or an analytical function.

- Practical experience with financial management reporting and with budgets preferred.

- Ability to deliver on stakeholder expectations and drive projects through team members.

- You approach challenges in a structured and analytical way - you can work detailed but still communicate the holistic picture clearly.
