Job Description
- Complete responsibility for P&L and Growth of the assigned product(s)
- Develop and execute the complete marketing strategy for the assigned geography.
- Achieve global tie-ups to further expansion.
- Ensuring consistent training delivery.
- Creating communities of happy and satisfied customers from across the world.
- Cost efficient customer acquisition, and ensuring high volume of daily transactions
- Manage and execute various marketing initiatives like Social Media, Search (SEM & SEO), Display, Collaborative & Partner, ATL & BTL, etc.
- Collaborate and provide support to other functional teams to achieve company objectives
- Own all marketing strategy & operations, including:
- Building the marketing plan based on consumer & competitive insights
- Setting-up base processes & fundamental operations for function
- Monitoring marketing plan execution and response thereof
- Leverage data and analytics to deliver strong marketing efficiencies, monitoring and generating consumer insights.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- An MBA/PGDM preferably from IIMs with around 3-5 years of experience in strategic marketing and sales from any sector
- Creative and innovative with orientation towards high ROI
- Strong marketing planning, monitoring & analyzing skills with process orientation
- Highly quality conscious with great attention to detail and flawless execution
- Ability to comprehend macro business goals and develop relevant processes
- Strong analytical abilities & good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to think on the feet
