Business Manager - Education Learning Center

The role is Business Manager for learning center of a leading education company with global presence.

The role involves :

New Business Development : Achieve student enrolment targets for the center by direct outreach to parents using both outbound and inbound marketing activities

Program Delivery : Recruiting high-quality mentors, providing training and ongoing coaching and ensuring high quality program delivery

Center Setup : Find appropriate center locations, setup physical infrastructure, branding and ongoing

Center Operations : Take end-to-end responsibility for fee-collection, parent communication and satisfaction, MIS and logistics .

Job location : Madurai.

Desired candidate :

- Must have entrepreneurial skills and very aggressive with a passion to built something on his/her own.

- Must be fluent in Tamil.

- Young below 30 years of age.
