- The key deliverable for this role would be to build a strong consumer proposition for the business line through compelling collections and analytics-driven bets.

Responsibilities :

- Build category to double sales by Dec 2015 and deliver margin targets.

- Work with planning and technology platform to develop the systems to further triple business for CY 2016.

- Use analytics to understand consumer behaviour and make data-driven bets.

- Develop strong story lines around the Category and build a shopping experience that delivers on the promise

- Work with Content, Tech, Sales and Catalog teams to create a shopping experience for the business line that engages with the customer at an emotional level and outmatches the offline shopping

Qualifications :

- Women candidates who are currently working as Engagement Manager or Lead Consultant with top tier Management Consulting firms or Investment Banks who hold a degree in MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 B-Schools with an experience of 5 to 10 yrs.
