Business Manager- Consumer Care - Sri Lanka
Job Profile:
Sales volume:a) Achieving Sales Target.
b) Plan ATL/BTL budgets, for your area, and their effective utilization/implementation to augment sales in your country.
c) Managing the trade partner.
Trade Partner: Distributor Management : ROI, Claim-management, optimizing the stock level, conducting periodic reviews of the sales team, Managing Redistribution expenses, and interacting with the marketing team.
Trade Partner management: Administration, Overheads, Handling compliance issues- Country Tax and Copyright issues.
MIS: Data management.
Track of competition: Market intelligence.
Assessment of media effectiveness: through channel partners and consumer contact.
Job Specification:- Should be an MBA from a premier institute, with a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in the Overseas market would be preferred.
- The position is based out of Srilanka.
