The purpose of this role is to drive the implementation of strategies to ensure the profitable growth of the business segment. This role is responsible for leading and coaching the overall teams to achieve business objectives, engaging in relationship management and business development with key accounts.
- Development and implementation of the business plan to ensure revenue growth and profitability. Formulation of strategy as per the business requirement.
- Study and understand the market needs, map available resources, identify various gaps and formulate strategies and oversee the implementation of strategies to bridge needs to grow revenues profitably
- Draw synergies and strengths across the globe to scale up business opportunities
- Long term planning to drive market share growth and innovation pipeline will be a key deliverable
- Interact with customers/key business influencers with a view to build and maintain relations and identify prospective new business opportunities to increase market share
- Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of customized solutions
- Win new customers and retain existing customer base so as to increase the market share
- Ensure alignment of team with business objectives
- Lead and drive the regional teams to meet business objectives
- Build capability of the regional teams
- Initiate and implement measures to create a sustainable growth culture covering the 3Cs and ethics, compliance and EHS
