- Manage and ensure execution of specific projects initiated by the Head. These projects will range across finance control, productivity, standardization, process metrics, human resources, shared services etc.
- Assisting the Head in creating a robust governance model to track organizational performance (across departments).
- Assist with / create strategy presentations for the global center that will be shared with the global center Board, Global Finance Management Board and senior leaders across Global Finance / Global Resourcing.
- Management of key headcount related information to enable effective decision making by the Head.
- Acting as a relationship manager with vertical leads and being the key go to person for any decisions related to headcount and financials
- Adhoc projects in support to the Head.
Skills / Experience Required:
- B.Com / M Com / CA(Inter) / CWA (Inter): 7- 12 years
- CA / CWA / MBA: 6 - 10 years
- Well- developed interpersonal and communication skills equipped to deal with members of the leadership team.
- Able to work with senior management on a daily basis and effectively communicate senior management directives into actionable solutions.
- Experience in managing people and complex situations. Ability to take on an assertive outlook, if required.
- Ability to analyse data and qualitative inputs to identify practical solutions for organizational issues.
- Post Qualification experience in Finance / Finance Operations, with knowledge and experience in core finance process reviews.
- Ability to execute and manage multiple projects; meet timelines effectively. Expert MS Power Point and MS Excel skills
