Ensuring Achievement of Business Parameters (55%)
1. Responsible for achievement of overall business targets - disbursements, AUM, revenue, profits
2. Responsible for maintaining portfolio quality within budgeted levels.
3. Responsible for ensuring achievement of process adherence and compliance of laid down policies at business level- Internal and regulatory compliance.
Strategic Planning & Policy (25%)
1. Responsible for strategic planning of the business unit- drafting annual budgets, strategic objectives & goals.
2. Responsible for drafting policies and guidelines pertaining to the business department and act as a custodian of such policies.
3. Responsible for carving out new delivery channels and introduce existing products into these delivery channels.
Development & Growth of Partners/ Service Providers (10%)
1. Responsible for overall growth & development of TL, S&C and DA partners- the improvement will be tracked by progress at monthly intervals.
Development & Growth of Team Members (10%)
1. Responsible for overall growth & development of team members by defining job roles, setting KPIs, mapping growth plan, enhance competency. The improvement in competency and performance of the team members will be measured by the annual performance review score of each of the team members at half yearly intervals.
