Business Manager - Auto & Engineering Flooring Chemicals

- Position will be based at Pune.

- The Business Manager will oversee sales, marketing and operations for the Auto & Engineering Flooring Segment across India managing a team of 12-15 members.

- Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, budgets, building client relationships and achieving business objectives

- Qualifications: 15+ years in flooring/construction chemicals in Sales and experience with resin flooring (Epoxy, PU, Acrylic) having exposure to at least 2 regions (North, South, West, or East), and strong leadership skills.

- The ideal candidate will have strategic vision and industry expertise to drive success.
