Job Description :
Reporting to the Head Alliances you will be have following set of job responsibilities:
- Responsible for achievement of overall business targets - disbursements, AUM, revenue, profits and for maintaining portfolio quality at expected level
- Responsible for Tie up with channel partners in Inorganic Growth type model
- Responsible for ensuring achievement of process adherence and compliance of laid down policies at business level- Internal compliance and regulatory compliance
- Responsible for drafting policies and guidelines pertaining to the business department and act as a custodian of such policies
- Responsible for designing new delivery channels and introduce existing products into these delivery channels
- Responsible for overall growth & development of team members by defining job roles, setting KPIs, mapping growth plan, enhance competency
Profile :
MBA with 7+ Years work experience where you will be responsible for setting up channel partners tie up with smaller microfinance insititutes and meeting out their loan portfolio needs for both retail and wholesale lending.
