Roles and Responsibilities
- Partner the Head of Business Alliances in execution of the alliances/Product strategy and roadmap in his respective segment
- Create New Product Propositions in liaison with banks / financial institutions / partners
- Evaluate competition in the product segment + Extract market insights and evaluate product enhancements / use cases for profitability, ensuring compliance and timely implementation
- Create a Business requirement document outlining key business demands including compliance/risk related controls
- Drive implementation through Product mgmt team
- Create Business Product Note and a provide inputs to teams for drafting process note with respect to recon, settlement and invoicing
- Coordinate with Mktg for product launch / new scheme launch etc
- Support CBO on creating the business plan
- Update, Track and extract insights from business plan on monthly basis revenue / profitability
- Facilitate reporting to Banks / financial institutions / partners
- Manage and Maintain business friendly relations with banks / fin institutions / partners
- Align cross-functional stakeholders towards implementation of new products and use cases
Core Competencies
- Domain expertize in banking products
- Regulatory understanding of the respective business area
- Basic understanding of technology platforms
- Ability to align people and consistently take the team forward
- Experience of 3 to 7 yrs
- Balanced approach to drive business in a compliant framework.
