Candidate Qualifications/ Requirements:
Our client is looking for professionals with stellar experience and abilities to join them, not only as an infusion of new talent for their company, but also to contribute to the growth of the company with their abilities, and to take the company for to the next level of growth.
The ideal candidate should have:
1. Worked extensively with big brands and have a great body of work.
2. A stellar work experience of 10-14 years, with a minimum of 3 years with a top agency so that he/she understands how an agency works, and is currently a client servicing or account planning person.
3. Clear understanding of the advertising domain, understanding of business and is interested in running a business-with a Profit and Loss (P&L) Responsibility. He or she may not have handled a P&L responsibility, but is keen to do so, to grow into that role.
4. Age limit: 30-38 years.
Deep abiding passion and interest in advertising space, reading books related to advertising & communications would be an added advantage.
