Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Leadership:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and achieve organizational goals.
- Lead, inspire, and manage a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective execution of tasks and projects.
- Establish short-term and long-term plans to improve efficiency, profitability, and market positioning.
Operations Management:
- Oversee and streamline daily business operations to ensure quality standards and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize workflows, resources, and processes to enhance productivity.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective measures promptly.
Budgeting and Financial Management:
- Prepare, manage, and oversee budgets to ensure financial health and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze financial performance, including profit and loss statements, and take data-driven actions to improve outcomes.
- Ensure effective cost control while maintaining quality and service standards.
Client and Vendor Relations:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, vendors, and strategic partners to ensure business continuity and growth.
- Handle client negotiations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor business performance using KPIs, reports, and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Prepare and present regular performance updates to stakeholders.
- Implement systems for tracking and reporting on progress towards organizational objectives.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all business operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes to mitigate risks and maintain compliance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education and Experience:
- A graduate degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in business and operations management, with at least 6 years in leadership roles spanning multiple verticals.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Familiarity with business analytics tools and software is a plus.
- Communication Skills
- Excellent command of English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
