Business Management Analyst

Our client is the world's well-known investment management providing financial services to the most dynamic markets in the industry. While providing innovative capital solutions is their major goal, they offer new ways for companies to scale their business while maintaining control of critical aspects. They are looking for an Analyst for their Business Management, who can manage the primary functions end to end.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Overlook and monitor wide metrics on headcount, diversity, L&D approvals etc. end to end.

- Liaise with function owners on documentation, maintenance & reporting of Risk and controls governance framework.

- Support implementation of wide strategic initiatives such as communication, citizenship while establishing a framework for communicating target state vision.

- Assist on adhoc projects, administrative requirements while performing analysis and recommending improvements.

- Oversee monthly and weekly senior management reporting of agenda and materials while ensuring adherence to all company legal & statutory guidelines and policies.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Minimum 3-4 years of overall experience with 1-2 years in Business Management or FP&A

- Qualified CA

- Experience with Financial services is a plus

- Excellent written and oral communication skills required

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PPT
