- Territories and Countries to be handled in this role : India, Bangladesh & Middle East.
- Sales & business development experience in capital equipment like (Air compressors, Vacuum pumps, Centrifugal pumps etc in Indian market).
- Solid sales experience in selling capital equipment to Oil & Gas Industry customers, Oil & Gas EPCs, Oil & Gas PMCs in India & ME.
- He has to have the direct field sales experience in meeting customers directly on a regular basis and ( not the back office proposal/technical sales support team who support the field sales team on the background & Not from "marketing and strategic manager position" without having a direct field sales experience in managing customers ).
- Good sales experience in selling capital equipment and dealing with Pharma & Chemical Industry customers in India.
- Sales Experience in selling custom engineered equipment & handling complex projects.
- Must have managed the sales volume of min 100+ crores by himself/herself along with his/her "direct" reporting team.(He cant refer an example of being part of the team as a team member which handled 100+ crores).
- He/she should have been a team leader who manages the team and brought 100+ crores business per annum).
- Team handling experience.
- Min of 3 years in managing a team size of more than 8+ members.
