Business Leader - Construction Services

I'm Urgently hiring a Construction Services Business Leader for one of the leading MNCs into Oil&gas segment_Navi Mumbai

KRAs:

- Lead the Construction Business Development and the Construction Business Operations.

- Be a competent first contact for our customers and internal commercial team(s) for construction services. Be able to clearly identify, articulate and mitigate risks that come with construction services

- Hire, develop, and lead key commercial and operational personnel for the construction business.

- Develop new business opportunities by developing construction proposals in close collaboration with the India commercial team.

- Ensure superior performance in all aspects of business through high quality, EHS, responsible and principled operations

- Develop strategies that can allow organisations to provide construction staff to our Middle East projects/teams

- Develop sub-contracting strategies that support incremental staffing needs for self- performing installation activities

- Over time, build self-performing construction capabilities

- Directs and provides project management support for project managers. Capital projects are typically up to $10MM.

- Evaluation of construction/installation requirements and development of individual customer solutions aligned with our proprietary equipment and surrounding plant interfaces.

Experience and Requirements:

- Experience in building and developing commercial/operational capability around construction services with a good understanding of the India market, opportunities, customers

- Extended Experience in construction activities in Oil & Gas sector (any experience with Burners, Flares, Thermal Oxidizers, Vapor Recovery Units, or Mass Transfer equipment will be valued)

- Proven experience and understanding of business/work in the Middle East will be highly valued

- Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are welcome

- Strong interpersonal & communication skills

- Availability to travel: up to 40-50%
