Business Lead - Tender & Quotation/Connection & Verification
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Build a differentiated value proposition for the products backed by a thorough understanding of market needs and consumer insights while working closely with the Product, Engineering and Delivery teams to deliver these products
- Build a 3 to 5 year P&L for their category
- Develop and own GTM plan for the products including customer acquisition, sales roll out, pricing, bundling etc.
- Sales capacity planning and sales funnel management along with Sales Ops
- Formulate Marketing Strategy and goals including creating a compelling USP, messaging, brand positioning, marketing plan etc. and ensure delivery of the same along with the relevant stakeholders
- Build required partnerships and alliances
Have you accomplished these qualifications :
- 8 to 10 years of experience of leading category management functions, especially on the B2B side.
- Managed end-to-end product lifecycle of a digital product for B2B, from product development to GTM plan and driving revenue/profitability from the product
- Working closely with Engineering teams for writing/reviewing BRDs, product specifications etc.
- Proven ability to use customer-centric, data-driven insights to drive decisions that lead to superior products for customers
- Proven ability to engage, energize, influence, and enable large, cross-functional teams
- Effective in a highly matrixed, distributed, and fast-moving environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- High degree of self-starting initiative and organization
- Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to see the bigger picture
