Job Description: This position entails overseeing L&D and OD initiatives across the business, alongside crafting and executing HR strategies tailored to the Sales and Marketing teams.

Description:
Organization Development (OD) and Learning & Development (L&D) Strategies:
1. Design and Implementation:
- Develop and implement organization-wide OD and L&D strategies that align with annual business plans and objectives.
2. Needs Assessment and Program Development:
- Periodically assess organizational needs and skill gaps to create targeted L&D programs. Oversee the creation and delivery of upskilling and reskilling modules, workshops, and initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and performance.
3. Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Collaborate with the OD & L&D Center of Excellence and other internal stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement OD and L&D requirements across the organization.
4. Ensuring Relevance and Effectiveness:
- Ensure the relevance and effectiveness of all implemented OD and L&D initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.
HR Strategies for Sales and Marketing:
1. Partnership with Sales and Marketing Teams:
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to develop and implement HR strategies tailored to their specific requirements and challenges.
2. Leadership in HR Initiatives:
- Lead HR initiatives focused on talent acquisition, retention, job rotation, engagement, productivity, and succession planning within the Sales and Marketing functions.
3. Enhancing Effectiveness:
- Drive initiatives aimed at improving sales and marketing effectiveness, including sales force effectiveness programs and performance management systems.
4. Strategic Facilitation:
- Act as a strategic facilitator for Sales and Marketing leaders on HR-related matters, including organizational design, change management, and employee relations.
Monitoring HR Performance:
- Monitor key HR metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR strategies and initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and drive business outcomes.
Profile:
A successful candidate must possess the following criteria:
- 12 to 15 years of experience as an HR professional, with a minimum of 5 years in OD, L&D, and Business HR/ Sales HR functions within a large manufacturing or product-based organization.
- Experience managing decentralized HR operations and collaborating with large business teams across PAN India.
- Hands-on experience and a proven track record in designing and implementing HR strategies, including OD, L&D, PMS and TM.
- Familiarity with employment legislation and legal regulations.
- Practical experience in Factory HR or Field HR roles, including the capability to review and analyze employee costs with a focus on optimization and productivity enhancement.
- Ability to utilize data analytics and HR metrics to monitor effectiveness in S&M, OD & L&D, enabling data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to executive management programs from reputable management institutes focused on people management skills is an added advantage.
- Experience in managing expatriate employees and working with diverse nationalities.
- Verbal fluency in Telugu or any other regional language is good to have.
