Role: RFID Solution Business Lead

A leading global MNC has engaged with us to hire a Business Development Lead for RFID solutions in the Retail industry. The role will work on consultative selling and generating market opportunities and driving top line growth and meet sales and business development goals for end-to-end digital solutions, like RFID tags, hardware products, software applications.

Please note: Prior experience of working in the Retail industry and RFID technology is a MUST-HAVE.

Key responsibilities:

- Oversee the execution and sales outcomes for the RFID Solutions.

- Take ownership of lead creation and keep a healthy sales pipeline to reach sales goals.

- Develop long-term strategic business prospects in the digital solutions space that will lead to successful commercialization.

- Develop specialized go-to-market plans for each target market and client.

- Create unique business models and prices based on opportunities.

- Oversee the preparation of presentation materials, lead customer meetings, and organize and conduct solution demo.

- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.

- Keep informed on industry trends and market changes to guide sales strategies.

To fit the bill, you must have:

- 10+ years of experience in business development with a track record of consistently delivering sales results.

- Strong experience and knowledge of RFID technology, and solution selling.

- Prior business development experience in the retail industry is preferred.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at establishing relationships with senior executives.

- Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively with a team.

- Proficient in negotiation and closing deals.
