JD:
- Own and drive our new business focused on learning products
- Work closely with CEOs, CXOs, and Head HRs to understand their field force challenges and offer solutions that work
- Proactively contact clients for future business opportunities and future pipeline
- Build partnerships and leverage networks to drive exponential growth
Requirements:
- 5+ years of strong B2B sales experience selling to CXOs
- Ability to discuss, challenge and ideate with VPs, GMs and CEOs on their business issues
- Passionate about business development
- Experience in Financial services or Insurance will be a BIG plus
- Start-up acumen - Willingness to go the extra mile, get hands dirty and get stuff done
