Business Lead - Insurance

Job Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the strategic direction for the vertical.

- Develop and communicate a clear roadmap for achieving business goals.

- Establish and maintain thought leadership in the industry.

- Manage & Drive 50-100 Cr annual revenue and profitability.

- Collaborate with the operations and sales team to optimize processes and improve net margins.

- Ensure process excellence across the vertical, overseeing a team of approximately 50 professionals.

- Continuously optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Lead initiatives that demonstrate creativity under constraints.

Key Requirements:

- 8-15 years of experience in leading and managing verticals within the relevant industries (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Ecommerce, Health).

- Strong background in data-driven decision-making and consulting.

- Demonstrated success in driving revenue and profitability

- Strong pedigree IIT/ IIM/ BITS passout
