- To lead the Business Unit for B2B or institutional sales for a leading Home improvement company.
Client Details :
- The client is an online marketplace for home improvement looking to hire Business Heads to lead the function for Institutional sales. The brand is a part of an Indian Conglomerate.
Description :
- To lead the PnL for the Business Unit by spearheading the B2B Business for the company.
- To establish the brand as a preferred Institutional partner for all Home Improvement/ Furniture needs.
- Develop a network of architects and PMC's to target B2B segment.
- Understand & analyse competitors, products, and drive team to attain their targets.
Profile
- Any candidate having relevant experience for 8-12 years.
- The candidate should have handled a PnL of at least 100 cr annually.
- Experience in B2B is a must (Decor and Furniture category preferred, not a must).
