Business Lead - Hyperlocal Delivery Startup - IIM/MDI/FMS/XLRI

Role

- Work with City Merchant Leads to identify stores.

- Identify SKU collection and forecasting to be deployed at each store basis city, geo and historical data

- Work with product to develop product required to run the warehouse

- Setup warehouse from the ground ups. This would involve (but not limited to)

- Infra and tools required

- Warehouse design and layout

- SKU fulfillment

- Tool deployment and picker training

- Maintain quality and fulfillment at each store

- Negotiate improved commissions with the Merchant partners

KRAs

- 95% Fulfillment Rate

- Preferred stores to contribute to 75% of all Grocery orders in the geo

- Preferred stores in every P0 geo by Q2 and every P1,P2 geo by Q3

Mandatory Background:

- MBA from Tier I B-School

- Managing a large warehouse in an inventory led model or a marketplace model
