Business Lead - Agro Chemical Firm

We are currently retained by a well-established Agro Chemical Manufacturing company to hire a Business Lead (North). As a Business Lead, you will be responsible for managing the entire P&L of North including sales and marketing of business unit, making business plans, field activities, product launches, and meeting business targets.

Please Note: This role need someone with strong Distribution Channel and Supply Chain Management experience in Agri/FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan sales target and achieve target of the Business Unit

- Responsible for outstanding collection

- Sales forecasting

- Inventory management

- Managing channel sales and executing promotional plans

- Team management and lead all development activities

- Competitors and market trend analysis

To fit the, you must have:

- Graduate/PG in Agri Science or related fields.

- 15+ years of Business Management experience in Agro Chemical/FMCG/Seeds

- Relevant experience in distribution channel and supply channel management

- Strong team management and inventory management skills
