Business Lawyer

Position: Business Lawyer

Job Location: Delhi

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for providing legal advice on business matters, such as patents, contracts, agreements, regulatory measures, taxation, and intellectual property rights.

- Assist and advise businesses on establishing company's structure, policies, objectives, and procedures for their business operations in-line with the industry standards.

- Explaining business laws and their legal implications to businesses

- Examining business operations and advising businesses on its potential legal outcomes.

- Negotiating contract terms on behalf of the businesses

- Ensuring that the business processes adhere to the State Government, Central Government and International laws and regulations

- Draft, review, complete and file legal paperwork related to business operations.

Qualification/Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field

- Experience as a Business Lawyer or a similar role in the Legal department preferably with an MNC company

- Complete knowledge of the Central Government, State Government and International laws and regulations.

- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, reasoning, and negotiation skills.

- Strong research and verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
