Business Intelligence Technical Program Manager
- Handle large teams at offshore and onsite effectively coordinating the core activities and ensuring timely delivery of the multiple projects and service lines.
- Experience in planning and conducting governance calls to monitor program health, keeping customer up-to-date.
- Act as a single point of contact for Contracts, Finance and Resources.
- Agile SCRUM master and PRINCE 2 / PMP certification is preferred.
- Capability to handle services delivering Infrastructure as a Service, Software as a Service and Platform as a Service.
- Experience in ITIL based Service Management to ensure Standard Service processes for IM, SR, PM & KM are followed in each of the Service Lines.
- Experience in reviewing Risks & Issues identified by Service Managers and mitigating and solving escalations with urgency and determination.
- Experience to review estimation and cost for changes, projects and new service.
- Experience in capturing requirements for new services or major service modifications and agree service level targets with customer.
- Support Sales and engagement team in responding to RFP's.
- Experience in identifying opportunities within account and prepare Proactive Proposal
