Business Intelligence Head

About the Role / Responsibilities:

- Strategy development, including project scoping, financial and business modelling, strategic options identification, consensus building, and implementation

- Evaluate the performance of current business operations and recommend strategies and tactics to achieve business goals

- Creating internal decks for, leaders as well as external consumption

- Develop analytical frameworks to support the company in new markets and products, drive analysis that could lead to innovative projects

- Owning organization-wide problem statements and gathering primary & secondary research to devise an overall strategy to solve for it

Desired Experience/ Background

- Ability to break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work.

- Exceptional analytical skills

- Ability to connect with stakeholders across teams and levels

- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, general management, operations or strategy roles with a track record of consistent, outstanding achievements.

- Experience in strategy consulting, starting up or fast-growing organizations is preferred.

Technical/ Educational Qualifications :

- 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience in business analysis.

- Ability to structure the problem and provide meaningful solutions. Understanding KPIs, Metrics, Building Story out of data is a must.

- Knowledge of tools such as Advance Excel, Power BI, Tableau and SQL for performing data analysis.

- Startup Experience would be a plus.

- B.Tech/B.E + MB- Ability to break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work.
