We are looking for:

- A person with great analytical skills and data driven aptitude for achieving business objectives. Candidate should have a hunger for data and love for processes. Candidate should be keen to drive business processes to maximize business output while increasing efficiency and improving the product. We would be on look out for candidate's ability to think deep and to analyze complex situations.

Job responsibilities:

- Business Process Analysis, Audit and Documentation

- Business Funnel Analysis

- User Studies

- Co-ordinating with various business units including sales, data, marketing, and product databases to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making for product and business

- Data Analytics and User Funnel Analysis

- Driving development of internal products and tools for business analytics

- Maintain BI reports

- Requirements Documentation

- Working with several large and complex SQL databases

- Designing and building reports and analyses in Excel

Qualification & Skills:

- MBA from IIM K, L, I is a must.

- Expert in MS Excel.

- Excellent communication skills.

- 0-3 years Business Analysis experience.
