- Cross-functional experience across a wide spectrum of Manufacturing & ASCP activities is mandatory in Engineering and IT is a must.

- Should have done atleast 2 end to end life cycle implementation in Demantra.

- ASCP / VCP / GOP modules is mandatory skill.

- Have cross functional exposure of integration on INV / OM / WMS / I-modules / exposure will be added advantage.

- Proficient in a range of Oracle eBS R12 & 11i implementations, Roll Outs, Post implementation support with AIM methodologies.

- Experience in Oracle eBS implementation methodologies (AIM ) across the different phases of Business Process Study, Requirement Gathering, As-Is & To-Be Mapping (Solution Design), CRPs, UATs, SITs, Build till Go-live.

- Onsite implementation is desired.

- Should have good Client facing skills, Participate in design workshop, Fit Gap analysis, gather and analyzing business requirements, Creating functional specification, Testing and supporting application through go-live and stabilization phase.

- Should be good in effort estimates and exposed to pre-sales activities

Qualification : BE / BTech / ME / MTech

- Should be Proactive and have analytical thinking abilities.

- Demonstrate ability to work independently.

- Willingness to learn and scale as per the project needs.
