- Maintain meeting reports and diligently follow the sales process of the organization.
- Drive profitability & market share from the sourced AUM.
- Maintain & prioritize regular contact with channel partners to sustain and improve the relationship to facilitate business growth.
- Ensure our distributors have a detailed understanding of our funds & products.
- Coordinate and lead distributor events, training initiatives offered to distributors,.
- Fund manager calls and Investor Education initiatives in your geography.
- Offer support to channel partners on marketing material, product information, investment strategies, investment outlook and joint calls with prospective investors.
- Sales support & market intelligence.
- Coordinate with product and research team to provide support to the channel partners.
- Collect market & competitor intelligence on investment strategies, engagement efforts and talent and share with the management team.
Additional Details : Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and stakeholders. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Experience - 3-5 years.
