Business HR - Technology & Data Science
Organisation - A large NBFC. The role will support the CTO & CIO as Business Partner.
It a high accountability and high visibility role and will include the following responsibilities.
Location - Bangalore
Talent Acquisition: - Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the tech industry. Exhibit agility in supporting the business as it is currently in a growth phase.
HR Strategy for Tech Teams: - Collaborate with technology leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and tech team objectives.
- Implement workforce planning and talent development strategies for all lines of business.
Employee Engagement and Retention: - Foster a positive and engaging work environment for tech teams through tailored employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to ensure the longevity of key tech talent.
Skills Development and Training: - Identify skill gaps within the tech teams and design training programs to address them. Collaborate with learning and development teams to provide continuous learning opportunities for tech professionals.
Performance Management: - Work closely with tech leaders to establish performance metrics and ensure alignment with business and project objectives.Implement performance improvement plans and recognition programs.
Qualifications: - MBA HR or equivalent - 2 year Full Time curriculum.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on tech hiring, preferably in digital technology, analytics , ERP implementation, and data sciences.
- Strong understanding of the tech industry and the ability to navigate the unique challenges of hiring and retaining tech talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
